Privacy policy

1 Who is responsible for your data
This policy covers casinoscorelab.co.uk. The site is run by the Casino Scorelab editorial team, the controller of personal data processed through it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
2 The short version
We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this site. We don't ask you to register. The only personal data we handle is what any web server records, and whatever you choose to send us by email.
3 What we process and why
| Data | Purpose | Lawful basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server logs: IP address, browser type, page requested, time | Delivering pages, security, spotting abuse | Legitimate interests (running a secure website) | Normally no longer than 30 days |
| Emails you send us: address, name if given, message | Answering you, correcting the site | Legitimate interests (replying to enquiries) | Up to 24 months, then deleted |
4 Fonts loaded from Google
Our pages use the IBM Plex typeface, served by Google Fonts. To fetch it, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google Fonts doesn't set cookies. Google's own privacy policy applies to that request, and it may involve a transfer of data outside the UK.
5 When you click through to a casino
Links marked as offers take you, via an affiliate tracking link, to the operator's website. The link tells the operator that the visit came from us. It doesn't carry your name or contact details from this site, because we don't have them. Once you're on the operator's site, its privacy and cookie policies apply, including to anything you enter when registering.
6 Who else sees data
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf under a contract. We don't sell personal data or share it for marketing. We would disclose information if the law required it.
7 Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and in some cases ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8 Children
This site is for adults. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly process children's data.
9 Changes
If we start using analytics or anything else that changes this picture, we'll update this policy first, and ask for consent wherever the law requires it.
