Advertising and affiliate disclosure

1 How we make money
Casino Scorelab is funded by affiliate commission. The casinos on this site pay us, through an affiliate programme, when a visitor follows one of our links and opens an account. Payment can depend on sign-ups, deposits or the revenue the operator earns from referred players. You don't pay anything extra because you came through us.
2 Which links are paid
Every button that takes you to a casino, and every "Full T&Cs" link beside it, is an affiliate link. They are marked in the page code with rel="sponsored", and the lists that contain them carry an Ad label, because we earn from every casino in them. Links to regulators, charities, support services and our own pages are never paid.
3 What commission influences
- Which casinos appear at all. We list operators we have a commercial agreement with, and only if they hold a UK Gambling Commission licence.
4 What commission doesn't influence
- Scores. These are calculated from each offer's published terms with the formula we publish.
- Ranking order. The leaderboard is ordered by lab score, highest first. No casino pays for a higher position.
- What the reviews say about the terms. Restrictive clauses get pointed out whoever the operator is.
- Safer gambling information, which appears on every page regardless.
5 Our standards for ads
We follow the UK advertising codes (CAP and BCAP) as they apply to gambling: significant terms sit next to every offer, nothing is aimed at under-18s, and we don't suggest gambling can solve money problems or bring success. If you think something here falls short, tell us.
